I am a mental health therapist and counseling psychologist dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where you can slow down, breathe, and begin to feel understood.
Life can feel overwhelming at times - whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, self-doubt, grief and trauma, burnout, or simply feeling stuck. You don’t have to face it alone.
I believe healing begins from within, when we feel truly seen and heard - therapy is a powerful step toward becoming your most authentic self.
My approach is to empower individuals with strategies to build emotional resilience, mental strength, and healthy relationships to thrive in life. I also coach teens and young adults through self-esteem and identity issues, with a firm belief that values and life skills provide a lasting foundation for the wellbeing of young adults.

I am a certified therapist and counseling psychologist with around 25 years of experience in the Consulting industry. I have completed my post graduate studies in Counseling Psychology, with additional certifications in CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and ACT (acceptance & commitment therapy) therapies, along with an MBA in Marketing and IT, and an M.A. in Economics.
I serve as the Country Ambassador for India for World Values Day (WVD), leading initiatives that promote values-driven leadership, meaningful social impact initiatives and purposeful action across communities. Additionally, I collaborate with organizations such as Global Social Leaders, NIIT Foundation, etc. to advance education-focused programs and support community development efforts.
My writing includes serving as a Lead Author for the Values20 (V20) Communiqué presented at the V20 Summit in 2024 and 2025, in association with the G20 World Leaders’ Summit. I also contribute to various digital platforms that advocate for well-being, ethical leadership and policy making, and values-based living.

Through a compassionate and evidence-based approach such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based interventions, breathwork, and trauma-informed care, I help clients develop insight, emotional regulation, and healthier relational patterns.
My work integrates reflective dialogue, practical tools, and mindful awareness to promote healing and growth. My approach is collaborative, empathetic and deeply respectful of your life story - creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly. Our family therapy sessions are designed to help families build stronger relationships, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. We believe that every family has unique strengths, and we work with families to identify those strengths and build on them to create a more positive and supportive family environment.
Our group therapy sessions provide a supportive environment for clients to connect with others who are facing similar challenges. We offer a range of group therapy options, from self-esteem, anxiety and depression to trauma and addiction recovery.
Our teletherapy sessions allow clients to receive quality mental health care from the comfort and convenience of their own home. We use a secure and easy-to-use platform to provide clients with a safe and confidential space to discuss their concerns and work towards their goals.
Our mindfulness-based therapy sessions help clients develop a more mindful and compassionate relationship with themselves and others. We use mindfulness-based techniques to help clients reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate greater self-awareness and acceptance.
Our couples therapy sessions help partners deepen their connection, improve communication, and resolve conflicts. We work with couples to identify patterns of behavior that may be causing distress and provide tools to help them build a stronger, healthier relationship.

Yes. Confidentiality is a core part of therapy, with limited legal exceptions related to safety. What you share remains private, except in rare situations required by law (such as risk of harm to yourself or others). We can discuss confidentiality in detail during your first session.
Yes, I offer secure and safe online sessions for clients who prefer the flexibility and comfort of attending therapy from their own space.
Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. Depending on your needs, we may adjust the frequency over time.

Fees
Individual sessions are 50-60 minutes in length. Please contact me
directly for current fee details. Payment can be made at the time of the session.
Cancellations
Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged the full fee.
